Kribashini Hannon is an independent building broker — an owner-side adviser who works for homeowners, and never for builders.
For more than 20 years she has run projects from the client's side of the table: shaping the brief, testing the budget against the design, running the tender, comparing quotes line by line, interviewing builders and negotiating what finally gets signed. She has seen what separates the projects that go well from the ones that end up at VCAT, and it is almost never the design.
She founded Build Play Live to give homeowners/ property investors something the industry has never offered them: someone experienced on their side, before the expensive decisions are made.
